The short version

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order and to keep in touch if you ask us to. We never sell your data. You can see, correct or delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].

Who is responsible

Layn (CR 55896-4), Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, is the data controller for laynbh.com. We follow the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).

What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery address, phone number, email and the pieces you buy, plus your measurements if you ask for bespoke work. When you browse: basic technical data such as device type and pages visited. When you join our list: your email or WhatsApp number. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our systems.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order; to send order updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp; to answer your questions; to send news about new collections if you have joined the list (you can leave at any time); to keep the site working and safe; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us serve you: the courier that delivers your parcel, the payment provider that takes your payment, the email and messaging services we use to keep you informed, and the platform that hosts this site. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 5 years for accounting purposes. Your account stays until you ask us to close it. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 15 working days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Bahrain.
