Bahrain: the same or the next day once your piece is ready, BHD 2, free over BHD 100. Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and Oman: 7 to 10 days by courier. We message you on WhatsApp when it is on its way.
Returns for a refund, no: pieces are made in small numbers and often cut for you, so a sale is final. Exchanges for another size or colour, yes, within 3 days of receiving the piece, unworn with its tags; you pay the delivery. Sale pieces cannot be exchanged. If a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we refund you in full.
Most kaftans are free size (fits 48 to 58). Dresses run XS to L; the size guide on each product has measurements in cm.
Yes, from BHD 25 to 250, on the Gift card page. Choose a design, write a message, and we email it to her now or on the day you pick, or give you a link to send yourself. It never expires.
