Shipping policy
1. Where we deliver
Inside Bahrain, and to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Oman. For any other country, message us on WhatsApp (+973 3882 8338) before you order and we will try to arrange it and tell you the cost.
2. When your piece is ready
In-stock pieces are ready to go. Pieces that are Available by Order are made for you and take 7 to 10 days; in the period before Ramadan and Eid allow about one extra week. We work every day of the week.
3. Bahrain
Delivered the same or the next day once the piece is ready, by our own driver or a delivery company. Delivery costs BHD 2 and is free on orders over BHD 100. Payment is online at checkout; we do not offer cash on delivery.
4. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and Oman
Delivered by courier in 7 to 10 days from the day the parcel is sent. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay (BHD 6, Oman BHD 7). Customs duties, taxes and any clearance fees in your country are paid by you to the courier on delivery; they are not included in the price. If duties are refused and the parcel comes back to us, the cost of the return is deducted from any refund.
5. Tracking
We message you on WhatsApp when your piece is on its way. For parcels sent by courier you also receive a tracking link. You can see the status of every order under My orders on this site.
6. Packaging
Every order is folded in our printed tissue, sealed and placed in a cream LAYN box with a handwritten tag. Gift orders can carry your message, and the receipt is never included in a gift parcel.
7. Missed deliveries and wrong addresses
Please give a full address and a phone number that WhatsApp can reach, and be available on the delivery day. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you; the original delivery charge is not refunded, and sending it again is charged as a new delivery.
8. Contact
