Where we ship

Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Oman. For other countries message us on WhatsApp and we will try to arrange it.

When we ship

In-stock pieces leave the atelier within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces ship when they are finished, usually 2 to 3 weeks; before Ramadan and Eid it can take longer, and we tell you the date when you order. Our working days are Sunday to Thursday.

Delivery times and charges

Bahrain: 2 to 3 days, BHD 2, free on orders over BHD 60; express next-day BHD 5. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE: 4 to 6 days, BHD 6. Oman: 5 to 7 days, BHD 7. Charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

Duties for Saudi Arabia and the UAE are included in the price you see at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For Kuwait, Qatar and Oman any customs charge is paid by you to the courier; it is usually small but we cannot control it.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp the moment your parcel is handed to the courier, and another message when it is out for delivery. You can also see the status in My orders on this site.

Packaging

Every order is folded in our printed tissue, sealed and placed in a cream Layn box with a handwritten tag. Gift orders can carry your message; the receipt is never included in gift parcels.

Missed deliveries and wrong addresses

The courier will try twice. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you; a second delivery may carry a new charge.
