Returns and exchanges

Every sale is final. Pieces are made in small numbers, and often cut for you, so we cannot take one back for a refund because the size or the colour was not what you hoped.

You can exchange a piece for another size or colour within 3 days of receiving it, if it is unworn with its tags on. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number; you pay the delivery both ways, and sale pieces cannot be exchanged.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph. We refund you in full, including delivery, and collect the piece at our cost. That is your right under Bahraini law and we honour it.

Read the size guide before you order, and message us on WhatsApp if you are unsure. We would rather help you choose than say no later.
